Criminal trespass sounds like refusing to leave when told. That will probably be a fine.
The non-criminal harassment counts are something very common. Usually it's a ACD staying out of trouble for 6-12 months. With him he will probably get that on top of community service. The real question is can he stay out of trouble for a year?
Pegula should suspend him for 10-20 games though.

He basically turned himself in for a prior offense (Misdemeanor trespass). This is not a new issue, This is just him trying to resolve the past issue. |

Because now with a criminal charge he's open to suspension.
Which means besides the impending injury he will suffer, he might again get suspended for the 2nd year in a row.
